M : F = 1.6~2 : 1

CT findings (non-specific)
Centrilobular nodules with branching structures
Basal predominant
Mosaic attenuation
Diagnostic criteria
Persistent cough, sputum and exertional dyspnea
History of chronic sinusitis
Bilateral, diffuse centrilobular nodules on CT

Coarse crackles
FEV1/FVC < 70%, PaO2 < 80 mmHg
Titer of cold agglutinin ≥ 64
